The kids went back to school today!! WAHOOOOOOOOOOO :) As totally excited as I am that the kids are back into school and out of my hair for 6.5 hrs a day, watching them walk into the school and down the hall to class kinda gets me choked up. It's their 1st day of first grade, all day school. That means lunch at school, I'm a little worried that they will come home hungry because they will have messed around at lunch instead of eating. We'll see. We took the kids to the store to get school stuff, we had them help pick out the stuff and they had a great time doing so. Baby wipes, tissues, colored pencils, markers, eraser, glue sticks, pencil box, back pack and a lunch box x 2 :) We walked to school but before we left I had to be a crazy mom and take photos after photos. I can't believe that the kids are old enough for 1st grade but excited that they are in all day school and Rob and I will have a longer break away from them and more time to spend just the 2 of us.
